We identified the root cause as a problem with Cloudflare's authenticated origin pull mechanism. This caused connections to fail until the problem was identified and resolved. We have since reconfigured our setup to use a more robust method of access control, which eliminates the risk of this issue occurring again. Additional monitoring is also in place to ensure rapid detection of any future anomalies. We sincerely apologise for the disruption and thank you for your patience and continued trust in Checkie.
